Aloravita

Aloravita is a 1,200+ acre master planned community in the City of Peoria, Arizona. Aloravita is zoned for nearly 4,000 single family homes.  The community enjoys multiple HOA maintained parks and will have a large central City of Peoria park.  A major regional waking/biking trail passes through Aloravita following the New River wash.  Multiple minor trials will also promote  interconnectivity within the community.
