Deerfield condominiums is a community of 222 units located in the master planned community of Summerlin.  The project was started by a builder who completed the first 174 units.  The project stalled and the lender on the project asked KD Development to take over.  KD purchased the remaining lots and plans.  KD was successful in finishing the project, building out the remaining 48 units.  Deerfield was taken over in 2000 and finished in 2002.
