David Allsop
Managing Member, KD Development LLC
As a Managing Member of KD Development, LLC, Dave’s responsibilities include project acquisition, financial control, construction management, and direction of all sales and marketing functions. He has over thirty years of experience in real estate development and construction in California, Nevada and Arizona.
Dave has served on the Clark County Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee and the Executive Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada Homebuilder’s Association.
Karen Allsop
Managing Member, KD Development LLC
As a Managing Partner of KD Development, LLC, Karen oversees the day-to-day operations for KD and leads the company product design and merchandising. She has 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry.
In addition to KD, Karen has served for many years as a member of the Board of Directors for Bonded Builders Insurance Company of Port Charlotte, Florida.
She is very active in her children’s lives and has served in several capacities for her church. She has also served in the California/Utah Women’s Club, which benefits the Eddie Lee Home for Boys, the Friends of the Mormon Fort, and she is a founding member of the Sierra Madre Parents for a Better Education.
Karen and Dave have 5 married children and 15 grandchildren.
