Village South was a ground up project by KD Development.  The 20 acre parcel of land was rezoned from two units per acre to six units per acre.  KD managed all aspects of the development and construction process. Though the community was started in the heart of the housing boom, it was finished at the end of the recession; KD worked hard to finish what was started and even after the economic crash the project was finished.  Village South started in 2004 and finished in 2013.
