Vintage Town Homes is a community of 156 small lot single family homes and duplexes located in the master planned community of Summerlin.  The project was started by a builder who completed the first 99 units.  The project stalled and KD Development was requested by the failing builder's lender to take over the project.  KD purchased the remaining 57 lots and plans.  KD was successful in finishing the project, building out 57 units.  Vintage was taken over in 2000 and finished in 2002.
