Summerlin Westpark Village 19 was acquired from the Howard Hugh's Corporation in May 2005.  AllWest entitled the 19 acres for 185 single family homes and completed all the project improvement plans and final maps.  Pulte Homes purchased the site and plans from KD Development in 2006.
